Bernie S. Radochonski II
President & CEO, CFO
Bernie is humbled by the immense responsibility of leading United Car Care into the future; and he looks forward to building on the legacy established by the Company’s Founders. He embraces a culture that inspires everyone to “own the outcome”, and that our collective success is the ultimate goal. He knows that building and nurturing relationships, delivering results, and exceeding expectations will drive the Company to new heights.
Since 2000, Bernie has overseen all financial and accounting operations of the Company; which includes an offshore captive reinsurance program, and a Florida-domiciled property and casualty insurance company. He enjoys playing golf and vacationing with his family.
Rory Angold
Executive Vice President
Rory is a results-driven strategist specializing in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams in the dealer consulting, training, and reinsurance arenas. He is a visionary with a proven record of implementation and execution. Previously, he spent 12 years at Zurich where he managed the “#1 Sales Team” across multiple markets, including California, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, and Colorado.
Rory earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and E-Business from the University of Nevada at Reno. He believes in a “reverse pyramid” approach to management, and driving a culture that encourages, inspires, and motivates both professional and personal growth. His leadership style has earned him admiration from partners and associates.
Jeff Hagberg
Director of Operations
Jeff is responsible for product development, contract administration, information technology, and human resources. He takes pride in the Company’s diligence and flexibility, and is always searching for ways to improve UCC product offerings and systems for our Partners and Customers.
Jeff has forty years of experience in the automotive industry, including fifteen years with UCC. He began his career in the information technology field after graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Math.
Alli Radochonski
Director of Development
Alli’s focus includes improving processes and procedures, and developing new initiatives to ensure UCC and its trusted Partners achieve their goals. She also coordinates marketing efforts to further enhance the Company’s presence nationwide.
Alli brings twenty years of experience in client and vendor relations, project management, administration, and business process improvement to the Company. She knows that listening to others, investing in relationships, and tireless efforts arecritical to success. She enjoys spending time with her children and vacationing.
Kevin Rabinovich
Claims Manager
Kevin began his career with United Car Care in 2015. His dedication to customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive and productive work environment are only a couple of his strengths. Thirty years of experience as an ASE Certified Master Technician make him a trusted expert.
Kevin served in the United States Air Force, including Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. He enjoys spending time with his daughters, his dog, watching sports, and playing golf.
Kim Hinojosa
Client Services Manager
Since 2000, Kim has served vital roles in the UCC Administration Department. Current responsibilities include oversight ofall aspects of the contracting process, including billing and cancellations. Kim is a team player and a consistent problem solver. She also looks to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. She understands the importance of building strong relationships with agents, dealers, and customers.
Sherrie Yellico
Controller
Sherrie joined UCC in 2003 and manages the daily financial and accounting operations. Her responsibilities include financial statement preparation, commission payments, billing, and general ledger functions. She also works closely with other Departments to ensure necessary information is provided to our Partners. Sherrie has been in the accounting industry for thirty years, including twenty with UCC. She loves to cook, read, and spend time with her husband, son, and three dogs.
