FAQs

How do I file a claim?

Administrator’s authorization for contract claims and additional benefits is always required prior to any services being performed. The ADMINISTRATOR can be reached at 1-800-571-2016 or via Fax at 1-303-306-1922.

Please call 1-800-571-2016 or  1-800-380-2165 for assistance. For mechanical breakdowns on your vehicle within 50 miles of the issuing dealership, you should return your vehicle to the issuing dealership for service under your UCC Vehicle Service Contract.

If you are more than 50 miles from the issuing dealership, you should contact UCC at 1-800-571-2016. Regardless of repair facility, pre-authorization is always required from UCC before any services are performed under your UCC Vehicle Service Contract.

Call your Issuing Dealer in the event you wish to cancel your contract because you are planning on selling or trading-in your vehicle, experience a total loss, or no longer want coverage. Your Issuing Dealer is the entity that sold you your contract. They are responsible for any cancellation paperwork that needs to be completed as well as any refund amount. Note that if your cancellable contract was financed, the lender will be named on any refund check. Refer to Section L of your contract to determine whether your contract is cancellable and what you need to do to cancel.
